1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 Other Purpose-General Fund Special Events Funds SB No. 2 (PSWDO, PR No. 2004-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of P 2,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services - IB No. G-213-25 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
