1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the funding source CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (PVET, PR No. 1447-CB-25) and CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (PTO, PR No. 1528-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 336,800.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services - IB No. G-169-25C (3rd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
