Supply/Delivery of Catering Services
1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 General Fund, 8751- PEO Admin. Division 5-02-99-030 Representation Expense (PEO-Administrative Division, PR No. 1536-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 150,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services - IB No. G-155-25 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by October 17, 2025. Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.

*The Supplier shall notify the PGSO a day before the actual delivery.
