1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the funding source CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (PSWDO PR No. 0253-CB-25) and CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (PGO-OSP Anti-Illegal Drug Program PR No. 0377-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 1,004,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Catering Services (Framework Agreement) - IB No. G-049-25C (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
