INVITATION TO BID

1. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro, through the General Fund F.Y. 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Thirty-five Pesos (₱383,035.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Automotive Oil, Lubricants and Filters for various vehicle of MDRRMO, PB(G) PR No. 25-0134. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Laak, Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
