Supply/Delivery of Animal/Zoological Supplies

1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the 5-02-03-040 Animal/Zoological Supplies Expenses 8721 PVET General Fund - P112,486.65, 8911-06 Provincial Animal Breeding Program - P200,000.00, 8911-07 Provincial Veterinary Quarantine Services - P499,975.00, 8911-08 Provincial Animal Healthcare Program - P999,967.00, 8911-17 Provincial Animal Rabies Program - P750,000.00, 8911-19 Provincial Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory - P74,975.00 (PVET, PR No. 1223-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 2,637,403.85 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Animal/Zoological Supplies - IB No. G-133-25 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days.

For item nos. 22 and 45: the delivery is staggered (50/50) and divided into 2 deliveries.
