1. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU-TCTO), through TRUST FUND, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND Pesos and 00/100 (PhP2,680,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR SEARDEC LABORATORIES BY LOT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR SEARDEC LABORATORIES BY LOT. Completion of the Works required is 25 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly Instructions to Bidders.
