Description : 1) The Municipality of Esperanza, through the General Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and 97/100 Centavos (Php603,281.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery and Installation of Children Indoor and Outdoor Facilities Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Esperanza now invites bids for Supply/Delivery of 3 units of Children Indoor and Outdoor facilities to be delivered at Municipality of Esperanza within the delivery schedule. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the issuance of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
