The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund, Account Title: Donations, Account Code: 5-02-99-080, 8911-Z6 Agricultural and Biosystem Engineering Support Programs and Projects (ABE) (OPAG, PR No. 1325-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 437,200.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of Agricultural Equipment and Plastic Drums - IB No. G-151-25 (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
