1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the DSPH 4411-1 General Fund 2025 Medical, Dental, Laboratory Supplies Expense 5-02-03-080 (DSPH, PR No. 1151-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 1,299,925.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of 4,727 cyls of. Medical Oxygen-Refill Standard (1800psi-sealed) - IB No. G-106-25 (1st opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by staggered delivery as per empty tank requires.

*The Supplier shall notify the PGSO a day before the actual delivery.
