Supply/Delivery of 3 units of Motorcycles

1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (PGO-OSP Anti-Illegal Drug Program, PR No. 1568-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of Php. 274,500.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of 3 units of Motorcycles - IB No. G-222-25 (3rd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within 10 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
