Supply/Delivery of 22 units of Brand New Rescue Vehicles, 4x2 Utility Van with Aircon with engine displacement not exceeding 2500cc for Gasoline

1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the Disaster Response and Rescue Equipment (9949-4) & Trust Fund 2023 Purchase of Rescue Vehicle 1-07-05-090 for PDRRMO (PR No. 0984-CB-25) intends to apply the sum of P 19,140,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of 22 units of Brand New Rescue Vehicles, 4x2 Utility Van with Aircon with engine displacement not exceeding 2500cc for Gasoline - G-083-25 (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
