1. The product should be brand new, not reconditioned / refurbished; authenticity marking should be visible.
2. Goods furnished should be of highest quality and free from all defects
3. Delivery and installation should be done fifteen to thirty (15-30) Calendar Days commencing on the date of receipt of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Notification by email and acknowledgement by the supplier constitutes date of acceptance
4. Goods delivered in excess of the amount called for in this Purchase Request may be refused and returned at seller-s expense
5. Specific place of delivery: Calderon Hall, UP College of Medicine, 547 Pedro Gil Street, Ermita, Manila
6. Terms of Payment: Payment must only be made after the appropriate inspection and acceptance procedures as mandated by existing government rules and regulations, have been complied with by the Procuring Entity.
