The Philippine Coconut Authority Region XII, through the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Fifty-three Thousand Six Hundred Forty-two Pesos (₱7,253,642.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, TRANSPORT, DELIVERY AND HANDLING OF VARIOUS FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES (2025 CHP-CFIDP FUND) OF PCA NCSPC with PR No. 25-03-038. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
