The Philippine Coconut Authority Region XII, through the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, TRANSPORT, DELIVERY AND HANDLING, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEM OF PCA NCSPC with PR No. 25-10-110. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
