The Philippine Coconut Authority Region XII, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy-three Five Hundred Pesos (₱2,173,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, TRANSPORT, DELIVERY AND HANDLING OF INORGANIC FERTILIZERS FOR SOPDP CY 2025 (YEAR 2 APPLICATION) OF PCA REGION XII with PR No. 25-02-029. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
