Description : JOB ORDER:
To supply technical labor and replacement part materials for the periodic maintenance service of Cryomech Liquid Nitrogen Plant LNP40 at NBCRDC Bukidnon.

Replacement parts:
unit 1. Oil adsorber
unit 2. Filter Bank Element
unit 3. Extraction line & valve

Scope of Work:
Preventive whole system maintenance
1. Check-up of main component parts: air compressor air dryer, filter bank, chiller, helium compressor, all wirings and connections
2. Replacement of filters in filter bank, change chiller, water & cleaning of filters, change oil in compressor.
3. Pull-out and installation of replacement parts
4. System function & troubleshoot mentoring to End-user/Plant Operators.
5. Test-run and re-commissioning

For delivery and installation at NBCRDC-BAI Bukidnon
Delivery Period: 150 days
