INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MUNICIPAL DUMP TRUCKS
1. The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the GENERAL FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php 1,556,600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF MUNICIPAL DUMP TRUCKS with Project Identification Number 2025-G-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days upon receipts of the Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to a project from the date of submission and receipt of bids.
