Request for Quotation

The Tarlac City Water District (TCWD) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Supply of item enumerated on the table below, in accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The details of the project are as follows:

Approved Budget for the Contract: Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 90,000.00)

Duration: Fifteen (15) calendar days upon issuance of Purchase Order

Interested suppliers are required to submit the Bill of Quantity / duly signed Detailed Estimate or price quotation form.

Submission of quotation is on or before August 19, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at TCWD Main Office, Sta. Rosa Road, Brgy. Maliwalo, Tarlac City.

Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated below and other terms and conditions stated in the price quotation form....
