Request for Quotation

The Tarlac City Water District (TCWD) will undertake a Small Value Procurement for the Supply of various items enumerated on the table below, in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The details of the project are as follows:

Approved Budget for the Contract: Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 987,500.00) inclusive of tax

Duration: Sixty (60) calendar days upon issuance of Notice of Award

Interested suppliers are required to submit the Bill of Quantity / Detailed Estimate duly signed price quotation form.
