  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF SERVICES FOR DCWD SATELLITE-BASED LEAK DETECTION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR
  
  1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱10,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF SERVICES FOR DCWD SATELLITE-BASED LEAK DETECTION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DCWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
