TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

* Quoted price shall be inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be valid for at least thirty (30 days).

* Quotation shall include Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning.

* Valid PhilGEPS Registration Certificate-Platinum Member, DTI/SEC Registration, Updated GIS, Current
Mayor's/Business Permit, Tax Clearance Certificate must be submitted with the quotation.

* Warranty: One (1) year warranty under normal operating conditions

* Delivery must be within seven (7) days after receipt of Notice of Award/Purchase Order.

* Jaen Water District Reserves the right to reject any quotation not conforming to the specific conditions.
