DELIVERY TERMS:
Staggered Delivery
1st staggered: 50% of the total quantity to be delivered within 120 days upon issuance of Purchase Order (PO)

2nd 50%: 50% of the total quantity to be delivered within 90 days from the receipt of 1st delivery

Expiration Date:
• At least 12 months expiry date upon delivery.

Other Terms and Conditions:
• Should there be unused stocks beyond its expiration date, supplier shall replace unopened, unused, undamaged stocks given that the unit submits a document indicating “Items for Replacement” at least 3 months before expiration date.
• Any item found damaged or compromised upon delivery must be replaced.
