INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY OF MEALS, SNACKS, VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF CAMP COORDINATION AND CAMP MANAGEMENT TRAINING

1. The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the GENERAL FUND FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 207,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF MEALS, SNACKS, VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE CONDUCT OF CAMP COORDINATION AND CAMP MANAGEMENT TRAINING with Project Identification Number 2025-G-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Arakan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days upon receipts of the Purchase Order.
