The Provincial Government of Samar invites all interested registered suppliers to submit in person or authorized representative quotation for-

MEALS AND SNACKS (CATERED)

Inclusions:
250 pax LUNCH ( Day 1 - 3)
- Main course - 3 variants: Pork/Beef, Chicken, Fish and 1 Vegetable, Noodles/Soup
- Rice
- Softdrinks/Juice
- Dessert/Fruits
- Drinking Water

250 pax AM and PM Snacks (Day 1 - 3)
- 1 Sandwich/Burger/Cake/etc. or Noodles with Bread plus Drinks
(Softdrink/Juice)
- Drinking Water

Unlimited Coffee - available during the whole duration of the training

Location: Catbalogan City, Tandaya Hall

Scope of Work:
- Lunch must be in Buffet
- AM Snack must be served at 9:45 am
- Lunch must be ready not later than 12:00 noon
- PM Snack must be served at 3:00 pm
- Payment shall be processed after compliance of all required documents.
