Description : 1. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte], through the [remaining balance of Other Payables - Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (Konsulta)] intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and 45/100 (Php 727,938.45). being the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the [Supply of Materials for Superhealth Center (Final) and Multi-Purpose Building (New RHU)]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The [Local Government Unit of Inopacan, Leyte] now invites bids for the [Supply of Materials for Superhealth Center (Final) and Multi-Purpose Building (New RHU)].

3. Delivery of the Goods is required by [30 calendar days after contract signing]. Bidders should have completed, within 30 days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
