INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FOR THE PURCHASE OF BDRRM EQUIPMENT

1. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque through Supplemental of 20% Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirty and Zero Centavos (₱ 127,430.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply of Materials for the Construction of Reading Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque now invites bids for the Supply of Materials for the SUPPLY OF MATERIALS FOR THE PURCHASE OF BDRRM EQUIPMENT. Delivery of the goods is required upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
