1. The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the 20% Municipal Development Fund 2025 - Economic Development Sector - Development of New Public Cemetery intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos & 24/100 (Php9,996,852.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for the Development of New Public Cemetery at Barangay Fabrica, Lobo, Batangas/Project ID No. (3-1-10) 2025-01-0005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
