1) The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the Trust Fund - DILG LGSF-FALGU FY 2023 - Construction of Nature and Family Park in Brgy. San Miguel intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos & 85/100 Php9,999,224.85 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials, Labor and Equipment for the Construction of Nature and Family Park at Barangay San Miguel, Lobo, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
