The Municipal Government of Lobo, Batangas, through the Trust Fund - Transfer from Barangay San Miguel for the Construction of Day Care Center at Barangay San Miguel - 500,000.00; 20% MDF 2025 - Social Development Sector - Construction of Day Care Center at Brgy. San Miguel - 999,566.79 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos & 79/100 (Php1,499,566.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply Materials, Labor and Equipment for the Construction of Day Care Center at Barangay San Miguel, Lobo, Batangas/Project ID No. (3-1-10) 2025-10-0099. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
