1. The Brgy. Duljugan, Municipality of Palompon, through the 20% EDF, 2025 for the Supply of Materials for Installation of Solar Lights located at Brgy. Duljugan, Palompon, Leyte amounting to One Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos (P 159,000.00) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos Only (P 110,865.00) being the ABC to payments under the Contract for No. 2025-1808-003- Supply of Materials for Installation of Solar Lights. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
