Description : 1. The Barangay Sto. Tomas, Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the BDF 2025 intends to apply the sum Two Hundred
Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Nine & 25/100 (P 230,569.25) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STO.TOMAS-2025-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Sto.Tomas, Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Supply of Materials for the Construction of
Small Water Impounding Dam Facilitites at Purok Barikir (STO.TOMAS-2025-003). Delivery of the goods is
required within 7 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last two
(2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail”
