  Supply of Materials for the Construction of Comfort Rooms and Ticket Booth
  
  1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 (Special Provision) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Four and 19/100 Pesos (₱4,374,994.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Materials for the Construction of Comfort Rooms and Ticket Booth. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Supply of Materials for the Construction of Comfort Rooms and Ticket. Completion of all works under the contract is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days.
  
  Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
