1. The Barangay Government Unit of Libertad, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Php 490,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Materials for Construction of 125m Concrete Fence w/ Steel Grill @ Barangay Site. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
