1. The Brgy. Guiwan 1, Municipality of Palompon, through the Supplemental Budget
2024 for the Supply of Materials for Concreting Road located at Sitio Pahuwayan 2,
Brgy. Guiwan 1 Palompon, Leyte amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P100,000.00) intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Four Thousand Fifty- Five Pesos
(P 74,055.00) being the ABC to payments under the Contract for No. 2025-0701-003
Supply of Materials for Concreting Road Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Brgy. Guiwan 1, Municipality of Palompon now invites bids for the above Supply
