1.The Brgy. Guiwan 1, Municipality of Palompon, through the Supplemental Budget, 2024 for the Supply of Materials for Concreting of Road located at Sitio Pahuwayan Road, Brgy. Guiwan 1, Palompon, Leyte amounting to Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 200,000.00) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (P 147,920.00) being the ABC to payments under the Contract for No. 2025-1001-001 Supply of Materials for Concreting of Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
