The City Government of Sto. Tomas, Batangas through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites accredited contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractor-s Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility, and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder project:
