1. The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), is conducting this procurement
through the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for FY 2025 to ensure the timely
delivery of this project, to start procurement activity short of award. EPA refers to the
conduct of procurement activities, from posting of the procurement opportunity, until
recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) to the Head of Procuring
Entity (HoPE) as to the award of the contract. The LLDA, through the Corporate
Operating Budget (COB) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million EightyTwo Thousand and Eighty Pesos (Php18,082,080.00) being the ABC for payments
