Description : The Provincial Government of Samar invites all interested registered suppliers to submit in person or authorized representative quotation for-

100 cylinder LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG) 50 Kg.

Schedule of Delivery:
- Delivery of LPG shall be 10 cylinder per week or when the need arises.
Terms of Payment:
- Payment shall be made every end of the month to cover the actual delivery made.

Approved Budget for the Contract: P500,000.00

Supplier shall submit the following requirements:
