Description : Supply of labor, tools, materials and equipment for the Construction of Drainage System of Purok Caimetohan going to Purok Chicosan in Barangay Calajo-an Minglanilla, Cebu.

1. The BARANGAY CALAJOAN, MINGLANILLA, CEBU, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (P790,000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY CALAJOAN, MINGLANILLA, CEBU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within ONE HUNDRED FIVE (105) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
