Description : Supply of labor, materials, tools and technical supervision for the Relocation of 3 units ACUs located at HDMF Commonwealth Branch.
Scope of works:
1. Lay-out new copper piping w/ rubber insulation, control wiring and drain line.
2. Fabrication of FCU and ACCU Hanger and Bracket.
3. Dismantling existing FCU and ACCU from existing location.
4. Relocated FCU and ACCU to new location.
5. Install FCU and ACCU.
6. Brazing of copper connecting pipes and fitting.
7. Leak testing of the system.
8. Layout electrical feeder line (power supply) using EMT conduct.
9. Install service Circuit Breaker.
10. Vacuuming the system.
11. Recharging of Freon 410A
12. Testing and observation.
Note: - Site Inspection is required for actual measurement.
- Proposal will not be accepted if No site Inspection.
