Description : INVITATION TO BID

1. The Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure
Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Seven Hundred Ninety
Thousand Pesos (Php8,790,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for
the Supply of Labor, Materials, Tools and Professional Supervision for the
Repainting of Exterior Walls including Window Frames, False Doors, Basement
Parking Walls and Ceiling of the Ayuntamiento Building / ITB-09-2026-G EPA.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
required by One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to
Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date
