1. Conduct occular/site inspection & shall secure Certificate of Site inspection at EFMS Office.
2. Secure approved Work Permit and shall submit complete list of name of workers at EFMS Office prior
to construction/repair activities.
3. Coordinate with EFMS Office and to concerned end-user for pre-construction/repair meeting before
commencement of any activities.
4. Be responsible for the replacement/restoration of any site damage done
(whether accidental or intentional) incurred during construction process.
