Invitation to Bid for the Supply of Labor, Materials and Installation of Roller Blinds at the Delegation Building Ground and Second Floor and Child Minding Center

1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO PESOS AND TWENTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (₱2,427,162.27), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Labor, Materials and Installation of Roller Blinds at the Delegation Building Ground and Second Floor and Child Minding Center (PICC APP2025-MC-28). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
