Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) through the 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eleven Thousand Seventy-four Pesos and Thirty-nine Centavos (P611,074.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Repair/Improvement of ROS Rizal, Kalinga Livestock Program Goat Barn/House”. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Office-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) now invites bids for the replacement of existing feeding through and other improvement of the existing goat barn. Completion of the Works is required is 65 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
