Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RafO-CAR) through the General Appropriarions Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos(1,980,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Office-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) now invites bids for the Construction of three tunnel nursery using net and UV plastic sheet covering in a GI Pipe framing enclosed with a net wind breaker including an elevated 2000L PE tank to serve as irrigation. Completion of the Works is required is 77 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
