  Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RafO-CAR) through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos(1,980,000.00) for Lot 1: Construction of Nursery in Cada, Mankayan, Benguet; Three Million Nine Hundred sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,980,000.00 for Lot 2: Construction of 2 units Nursery in Natubleng, Buguias, Benguet; and One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (1,980,000.00) for Lot 3: Construction of Nursery in Buyacaoan, Buguias, Benguet being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
