Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (P1,980,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract “Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Construction of Cattle Multiplier Farm in San Isidro Sur, Luna, Apayao in support to Livestock Program”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
