Description : *Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Tagjaguimit, City of Naga, Cebu now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Work is required within 40 calendar days (CD) from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in Section 59 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”. The Award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Section 61 and 63 of the same IRR.
