Description : *Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby invites all interested PhilGEPS registered contractors, and bidders to submit proposals and bids for the project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act.”

4. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations or organizations with at least sixty (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines and to citizen or organizations of a country the laws or regula...
